We accept shelf stable products in original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept home canned or preserved product.

Host a Food Drive
Organizations, Schools or Individuals
Register your drive and the Food Bank will deliver and pick up collection bins at your site. Our logistics team will contact you within 1–3 business days to schedule pickup or drop-off. For organizations, a fee may apply.
Individuals Collecting Under 300 lbs
We encourage you to consider starting a fundraiser to raise meals online, instead. If you have just a few items to donate, please bring them to the Food Bank during normal operating hours.

Yes. The Food Bank of West Central Texas is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You’ll receive an email receipt immediately after your donation for your records.
Absolutely. We gratefully accept non-perishable food donations at our warehouse or through local food drives. Check our Most Needed Items list on the website before dropping off food to ensure your donation goes the furthest.
Yes! Many local businesses support our mission through financial gifts, employee food drives, sponsorships, and volunteer opportunities. We’re happy to work with your company to design a partnership that fits your goals.
Yes, tribute gifts are a meaningful way to honor a loved one while helping others. Simply select “Dedicate this donation” during checkout, and we’ll send a personalized acknowledgment to the person or family you choose.
